Areas of Emphasis

Mr. Sparks effectively and efficiently represents debtors, creditors and trustees in federal bankruptcy court. The bulk of his practice involves giving trustees legal advice with respect to their powers and duties as Trustee and litigating in bankruptcy court to enforce the Trustee’s rights. In addition, he can represent any party involved in a bankruptcy dispute with negotiations, litigation and all other necessary legal work. He has successfully represented clients in front of federal bankruptcy courts in Texas and Arizona.
